Refunds & Returns

Every item is printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email info@wolfdenrecords.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Ontario or other applicable consumer protection laws.
